Warranty, Repair & Replacement Policy
Every watch purchased from Watchtag.com carries a two year or optional five year warranty. We strongly recommend you consider a five year warranty to ensure your new purchase is covered against possible defects for an extended period. The warranty period begins the day you receive your order(s). During the warranty period, an eligible item can be returned for repair completely free of charge. A replacement may be offered where a repair is not available. Similarly to the Manufacturer's Warranty, Watchtag's Exclusive Warranty will ensure that if any problems should occur with the movement of your watch we will have it repaired by one of our UK-based watch repair experts, or alternatively repaired or replaced from the manufacturer as quickly as possible.

Watchtag's warranty will not cover cosmetic or "wear and tear" surface damage due to everyday use, broken crystals (glass watch face), scratches, dents or breakage that occurs after the watch has been received. As per all manufacturer's warranties, defects of any kind due to water damage or shock are not covered under our warranty. Adjusting the strap, including adding or removing links, does not affect or void the warranty in any way. We are not responsible for covering the costs of changing watch batteries. We are willing to offer assistance on an individual basis should something go wrong. If a repair is not possible and a replacement is unavailable due to discontinuation we can offer an equivalent watch of the same brand, range or value.
Watch repairs are usually completed within 14 working days. However, very occasionally (for example if a watch is returned for a manufacturer's repair or replacement) it can take up to a maximum of 60 days. This is primarily dependent on the manufacturer and availability of the model, but in the event of any delays we will contact you with an update before and during the repair process. It is important to notify us of any contact details that may have changed during the length of your warranty in order for us to get in touch with you.
When returning one or more watches to us, we ask that you return the watch without the box. This helps to keep return costs to a minimum. It is your responsibility to ensure all items are securely and thoroughly packaged for protection during transit.
All watches are brand new, unopened, 100% authentic and stamped with the unique manufacturer serial number. Every watch is supplied with the official box, tags, parts and documents.
