Product Descriptions, Availability & Pricing

You can view prices and make orders in one of three currencies: Pounds Sterling (GBP), Euros (EUR) and US Dollars (USD). The exchange rate is variable and will change; there may therefore be slight differences in prices depending on which currency is chosen. The native currency of the Watchtag website is Pounds Sterling. With exception to potentially erroneous prices, displayed prices in all currencies are final.


In the rare event that goods are unexpectedly out of stock or discontinued (for example in a time of very high demand, or in the event that there is a problem with stock synchronisation), we will endeavour to contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it dispatched when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. While we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.


Typographical and system errors very rarely happen due to the accuracy of quality control and exceptional reliability of our server base. However, typographical errors may occur in pricing, product specification and data. Although we make every effort to avoid these situations, sometimes they do occur. Watchtag reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies and cancel any subsequent orders as a result of erroneous prices.


Sales, Offers, Coupons & Price Reductions

Discounts can sometimes be offered for multiple purchases by way of a coupon code or as part of a telephone order, or for bulk and wholesale purchases. However, prices set for single items are final and at this point we are not open to negotiation for single items.


Delivery Time Scales

Our aim is for all in stock orders to be dispatched within 48 hours. All orders are dispatched by FedEx Express delivery with a usual timeframe of two working days for Mainland UK and two to four working days for non-Mainland UK and some countries outside of the UK. When an order is dispatched an automatic e-mail will be sent with details of your FedEx tracking number, which can be used to track the whereabouts of the order prior to delivery. If you require an order to be delivered urgently please contact us and we may be able to assist you.


Insurance & Security Policy

All shipments are fully insured and traceable. For added security orders must be signed for on delivery, which will require someone to be present at the delivery address. In the unlikely event of an invalid or inaccessible address, or lost package, we will contact you immediately and arrange a redelivery.


All of your details are sent securely through our server using 256-bit Comodo SSL security. This guarantees the highest possible encryption levels for online transactions. Each certificate is signed with NIST recommended 2048 bit signatures and provides up to 256 bit encryption of customer data. We do not store credit card details or share any personal information whatsoever, and are regularly tested to ensure full PCI-DSS compliance. We use Sage Pay to process our payments. International Orders

Worldwide delivery is available, however we do reserve the right to refuse any order destined to what Watchtag would classify as a high risk country, postcode or zip code. In the interests of cardholder and merchant security we may also ask for proof of card ownership, utility bills and/or bank statements. All information received will be dealt with confidentially.


Delivery Addresses

Orders can be be dispatched to a shipping address the same or different to the address registered to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. However, under certain circumstances additional checking may be required if it is different to the card address, in particular if the order is for a high value. Our strict security helps keep the ordering process simple and reduces the possibility of unauthorised transactions, especially due to the relatively high average value of the goods being sold.


Guarantee & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied each time you make a purchase from our site. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the goods within 30 days from receipt (not including weekends and public holidays.) Notification by e-mail or telephone must be given during this period, after which return of the goods will be arranged. In order to minimise surplus - and ensure our prices remain as low as possible - we must strictly adhere to this policy. You are a consumer and not a business customer. This fully complies with the EU Distance Selling Regulations regarding the consumer cooling-off period.


If an item is returned damaged, faulty, or not as described on the site either in the picture or description, you may return it for a repair, a replacement (only if a repair is not possible), or a refund. In the event that a replacement is not possible, provided that the return would have otherwise qualified for a replacement, a full refund will be offered in addition to the cost of postage both ways.


Goods which are not damaged or faulty and are returned to us in resalable condition must be returned at your expense. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, and therefore we recommend using an insured postal service (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) or courier. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive with us.


If the item to be returned has a defect or is damaged on arrival, we will cover the postage costs by way of an immediate refund to the credit/debit card used for purchase. For UK customers we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery.


For customers outside of the UK we will cover shipping up to a maximum of £25 GBP / $40 USD / €35 EUR / $40 AUD / $50 NZD / $40 CAD. Again it is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely with us. For obvious reasons international postage may take longer to reach us, but we will honour the return as long as the item is posted within the 30 day timeframe, regardless of how long it takes to arrive with us.


Items returned for repair are sent back to the official manufacturer. As such, they may take up to 60 days as standard, although repairs are usually carried out within 14 days. Repair lead times differ from manufacturer to manufacturer, so in rare cases (and especially with specialised watches) the repair process may take even longer than 60 days. If this is the case, Watchtag will contact you with updates of the repair process. It is your right to cancel the repair if necessary.


Items that have been engraved, inscribed, resized or otherwise permanently altered in any way cannot be returned under our policy.


Participation Agreement

Buyers authorise to act as their limited representative solely to conclude on their behalf sales contracts directly between them and the seller for sales of goods via the Service. While helps facilitate transactions that are carried out using the Service, is neither the buyer nor the seller of any part of inventory advertised on this website. is not an auctioneer. provides a venue for the seller and buyers to negotiate and complete transactions in accordance with these provisions of this Participation Agreement.


The contract formed at the completion of a sale is solely between buyer and seller. The enforcement of any contractual obligations arising out of the completion of a transaction using the Service is the responsibility of the buyer and seller that are party to that transaction. is not obliged to mediate between the buyers and seller or enforce or execute fulfilment of any contract. Because wants you to have a safer buying experience, provides the Watchtag guarantee, but otherwise buyers and the seller use the Site and the Service at their own risk. Subject to the terms of this Participation Agreement, the seller, with full support from, will resolve any subsequent dispute directly with the buyer.
